The bus duct conductor adopts TMY series T1 copper bars, with two layers of polyester film wrapped on the surface of each phase bar as insulation layer. At least 45mm of exposed surface is left at the end for installing connectors. The copper bars are placed in aluminum profile shells in phase sequence, and the conductors are fixed by cover plates and side plates. The BJC series bus duct is divided into 15 types, ranging from 250A to 6300A.
The e-conductor is tightly adhered, with small spacing, low reactance, good heat dissipation, low temperature rise, good thermal stability, large current carrying capacity, and excellent energy-saving effect. Compared with air type bus ducts, the stray current and inductance of densely insulated buses are much smaller, so their voltage drop is lower than that of air type bus ducts.
Using aluminum alloy profiles with heat sinks as the shell, it has high strength, excellent heat dissipation effect, and will not produce eddy current noise or eddy current losses.
Dense insulated bus ducts are mainly suitable for power transmission and distribution systems in chemical, metallurgical, industrial and mining enterprises, cultural sports venues, exhibition halls, airports, stations, commercial buildings and other public places, as well as high-rise buildings.
